The Area Sales Manager (ASM) leads Endicia’s sales team within a region by managing key alliances, working with partners and selling Endicia services and is responsible for driving package revenue growth from new and existing high-volume customers with a team of field sales and field account managers in there assigned territory. ASMs also share revenue responsibility with the ISM for inside sales and inside account managers handling the ASM region. Each ASM carries a team quota and must always be at least in the hunt (80% of goal minimum).


The Area Sales Manager also provides basic technical and integration support to partners, prospects, and customers for Endicia’s products and services.


This role requires travel and field work a minimum of 3 days a week, 2 weeks a month.

This position will directly manage a team of 12-15 members and provide active floor management and queue monitoring to ensure adherence to service levels.  Coaches will also provide team member’s performance coaching, deliver performance feedback and disciplinary discussions, and will be the primary point of contact for team members with questions, etc.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising or coaching a Customer Care team of 12-15 Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) within a contact center.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the growing revenue and expanding our market share by driving new client acquisition within the defined territory of the Northeast territory. Previous outside B2B sales and prospecting experience is required.


Our FSR’s earn a competitive base salary plus commissions, and can earn an annual bonus for meeting specific metrics.

Additionally, this role works remotely, affording the successful candidate the opportunity to work from their home office.

The Major Account Manager (MAM) works with our top shipping clients to ensure success using Endicia products. The role is responsible for revenue growth within a specified portfolio of managed accounts, customer satisfaction, and distribution of product updates. The MAM will also work directly with personnel from the United States Postal Service, internal product marketing, engineering, other channel partners, and personnel across the organization to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 


The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, customer service driven, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with C-level executives, channel partner personnel, and be a contributing member of the Endicia Sales team.

The Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for managing our Inbound Inside Sales and HiVol Inside Sales representatives and is accountable for the day to day administration of operational tasks; including monitoring channel partner email boxes, sales operations reporting, efficiency projects and team training.


The Sales Operations team aligns company priorities with strong day-to-day operations by assisting the development and implementation of operational strategy, advancement of draft concepts into sales growth initiatives, and by building strong client relationships. The team supports the Sales Organization by driving sales productivity, providing effective and efficient methodologies and processes, and by delivering business intelligence and sales tools which enable revenue growth.
