The Product Specialist Sales team is a growing team of experienced solution experts that help ecommerce sellers fulfill their products to their buyers using the most efficient and economical path. The Product Specialist Representative conducts trainings, manages inbound calls and manages campaign opportunities. We are looking for driven folks who are solution experts to join our growing PS team in Sunnyvale, CA.  The PS position report to our Inside Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

Primary Objectives:

  1. Manage inbound sales calls
  2. Close leads received via inbound sales lines
  3. Perform outbound channel relationship outreach
  4. Drives growth of existing client volume
  5. Manage targeted campaign opportunities

Essential Position Duties (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives):

  • Manage inbound sales calls.
  • Drive volume growth within assigned portfolio of new accounts by partnering with Field Sales.
  • Respond to phone and e-mail sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
  • Conduct outbound call to build, support, and maintain channel relationships.
  • Perform online product demonstrations when needed.
  • Serve as SME on all company solutions.
  • Close leads received from inbound sales lines.
  • Drive volume grow by managing targeted campaigns within assigned area

Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience:                                                              

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of One (1 ) year experience in a Product Specialist, Sales, or Customer Service position.
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce experience preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent teamwork
  • Strong ability build and cultivate client relationships
  • Strong ability to prioritize and maintain a high-level of organization and attention to detail

Computer/Software/Application Proficiency:                                                   

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; must be comfortable with excel
  • CRM applications
  • SF experience a plus

Physical Requirement

  • Sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Utilize wrist and hands for a prolonged period of time
  • Walk short distances
  • Stand for short periods
  • Speaking and conversing with others
  • Lift up to 25lbs without assistance up to chest height

Travel Requirments

  • Less than 5%
