    Stamps.com/Endicia have a new opportunity for a Supervisor, Product Specialist.  This position monitors the day to day activity of the team which includes; inbound sales phone lines, conducting channel outreach and selling store, insurance, and other monetized services. Provide coaching training on technical knowledge related to specialty products/services. This role is a critical first face of the company for many channel partner representatives, prospects and existing clients.

    Responsibilities

    Primary Objectives:

    1. Supervise the Product Specialist team
    2. Inbound Sales
    3. Support the Sales Team

    Essential Position Duties (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks):Perform other related duties as requested.

    1. Supervise the Product Specialist team

    --Monitors the day to day activities of the Product Specialist team

    --Providing training and coaching on technical knowledge related products/services

    --Demonstrate mastery of sales techniques

    --Ensure the team is meet inbound call Service Level Agreements (SLA)

    2.  Inbound Sales

    --Act as a subject matter expert to drive revenue.

    --Respond to phone and e-mail sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner

    --Manage inbound sales calls

    --Meet inbound call SLA’s

    --Sell accessories such as store, insurance and other monetized services

    --Delivers deep product knowledge of all company solutions to prospective customers

    3.  Support the Sales Team

    --Conduct outbound channel outreach

    --Build and distribute all channel partner reporting needs

                                                             

     

     

    Qualifications

    Additional Job Duties:

    • Sit for prolonged periods of time.
    • Utilize wrist and hands for a prolonged period of time.
    • Walk short distances.
    • Stand for short periods.
    • Speaking and conversing with others.
    • Lift up to 25lbs without assistance up.

    Education and/or Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • At least Two (2) year in a Product Specialist, Sales, or Customer Service position
    • SFDC experience a plus, CRM experience required

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
    • Requires an excellent telephone and personal demeanor

     Computer/Software/Application Proficiency:                                                   

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
    • SalesForce experience a plus.

     Travel Requirements:

    • May have to travel one time per year within the domestic U.S.
