The Sales Operations Analyst provides research support and assistance to the Sales team. The role performs certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of customer data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the production and delivery of research material. The position reports to the Senior Director, Sales.
*This is a temporary role with an assignment of approximately three months in length.*
The Sales Operations team is instrumental in optimizing lead management, supporting and streamlining the sales process by analyzing customer data, and working closely with our sales department to continuously improve our operational infrastructure. We organize customer and market place data to generate deep customer insights which enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
