The Sales Operations Researcher provides research support and assistance to the Sales Operations team. The role performs certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of customer data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the production and delivery of research material. This is a temporary role with an assignment of approximately three to six months in length. The postion reports to the Manager, Sales Operations.
The Sales Operations team is instrumental in supporting and streamlining the sale process by analyzing customer data, optimizing lead management, and working closely with our sales department to continuously improve our operational infrastructure. We organize customer and market place data to generate deep customer insights which enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
