    The Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for managing our Inbound Inside Sales and HiVol Inside Sales representatives and is accountable for the day to day administration of operational tasks; including monitoring channel partner email boxes, sales operations reporting, efficiency projects and team training.


    The Sales Operations team aligns company priorities with strong day-to-day operations by assisting the development and implementation of operational strategy, advancement of draft concepts into sales growth initiatives, and by building strong client relationships. The team supports the Sales Organization by driving sales productivity, providing effective and efficient methodologies and processes, and by delivering business intelligence and sales tools which enable revenue growth.

    Primary Objectives:

    1. Supervise 7 sales operations representatives
    2. Provide top-line customer service to prospects, clients and channel partners
    3. Assist Field Sales in a timely fashion on all deals requiring invoicing, forms completed, ELS applications
    4. Build and distribute all channel partner reporting needs
    5. Automate manual tasks
    6. Update current program and own all sales training needs

    Essential Position Duties (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks):

    1. Supervise 7 sales team representatives
      • Monitor and evaluate each team member’s performance to ensure achievement of goals.
      • Conduct daily side-by-side coaching sessions with team members to guide them through sales presentations and maximize sales opportunities.
      • Responsible for administering disciplinary actions according to company guidelines and policies.
      • Conduct regular meetings with team to communicate promotions, procedural, or policy changes.
      • Motivate with recognition and rewards.
      • Manage team member time and attendance tracking.
    1. Meet inbound call SLA’s
      • Accountable for achieving daily sales objectives.
      • Create useful success metrics that mark progress, not just report results.
    1. Provide superior customer service to prospects, clients, and channel partners
      • Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business applications of the company's product lines
      • Respond to phone and e-mail sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner
    1. Assist Field Sales in a timely fashion on all deals requiring invoicing, forms completed, ELS applications
    2. Manage the  and distribute all channel partner reporting needs
    3. Perform other duties as assigned


    Education and Experience:                                                         

    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • Five (5) or more years’ inside sales experience required
    • One (1) or more years’ supervisory experience  required
    • Experience with data management, business analysis, and process design/development preferred

     Skills and Knowledge:

    • Must have well developed capabilities at problem solving and crafting efficient processes.
    • Strong leadership, conflict management, and composure.
    • Strong planning & organization skills with a self-starter, self-motivating attitude.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
    • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Requires an excellent telephone and personal demeanor

     Computer/Software/Application Proficiency:                                                   

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • SalesForce experience a plus

     Travel Requirements:

    • May have to travel one - two times per year within the domestic U.S.
