We’re looking for a talented Inside Sales Account Representative to join us in our Mountain View, CA headquarters where you’ll be assigned a specific territory to uncover new sales opportunities and work with our channel partners. Our top performers are comfortable with cold prospecting, handling warm referrals, delivering exceptional web-based demos, and closing opportunities. The ideal candidate has previous experience in SaaS or Technology product sales and possesses a hunter mentality.

Primary Objectives:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting for new clients.
  2. Needs Assessment and Product Demonstrations.
  3. Closing Sales Opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for lead generation (prospecting with heavy out-bound phone calls), managing leads, and closing opportunities.
  • Use a customer-focused, consultative discovery approach to educate prospects on products/services to identify/create opportunities
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge on company's product line.
  • Performs comprehensive web –based product demonstrations
  • Consistently respond to phone and e-mail sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study plus.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working with Saas or Technology product sales.
  • Track record of over-achieving sales goals

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Heavy Out-bound sales calls.
  • Excellent telephone and personal demeanor
  • Strong ability to work cooperatively on a team with other sales representatives
  • Effective listening and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills
  • Must have exceptional organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to describe products and match their advantages to customer needs
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Computer/Software Proficiency:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), business information services, and CRM applications
