Endicia’s Senior Business Analyst is responsible for all facets of sales analysis including, modeling, forecasts, Salesforce.com reporting/analytics, revenue reporting, pricing and various other sales projects as requested.
The Sales Operations team organizes customer and market place data to generate deep customer insights which enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness. The team is instrumental in streamlining the sale process by analyzing customer and representative data, optimizing lead management, and working closely with our sales department to continuously improve our operational infrastructure.
