Overview

Endicia is seeking an ambitious sales hunter to join our team as a Field Sales Representative (FSR).

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the growing revenue and expanding our market share by driving new client acquisition within the defined territory of the Northeast territory. Previous outside B2B sales and prospecting experience is required.

 

Our FSR’s earn a competitive base salary plus commissions, and can earn an annual bonus for meeting specific metrics.

Additionally, this role works remotely, affording the successful candidate the opportunity to work from their home office.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

  • Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate prospects on what products/services will best fit their needs
  • Provide basic installation/integration help and training for customers
  • Follow up with customers through the sales process and periodically after installation
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business application of the company’s product line
  • Provide training and ongoing support to USPS and channel partner sales representatives on Endicia’s products and services
  • Attend trade shows and perform marketing tasks as needed
  • Respond to phone and e-mail inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications

Preferred Education and/or Experience:                      

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Two to Four (2-4) years’ experience in field B2B sales
  • Role requires a valid drivers license

 Skills and Knowledge:

  • Requires an excellent telephone and personal demeanor
  • Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate products and match their advantages to customer needs
  • Requires the ability to work on a team with other sales representatives
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

Computer/Software/Application Proficiency:                    

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

 Travel Requirements:

  • 50% travel required
