The Area Sales Manager (ASM) leads Endicia’s sales team within a region by managing key alliances, working with partners and selling Endicia services and is responsible for driving package revenue growth from new and existing high-volume customers with a team of field sales and field account managers in there assigned territory. ASMs also share revenue responsibility with the ISM for inside sales and inside account managers handling the ASM region. Each ASM carries a team quota and must always be at least in the hunt (80% of goal minimum).
The Area Sales Manager also provides basic technical and integration support to partners, prospects, and customers for Endicia’s products and services.
This role requires travel and field work a minimum of 3 days a week, 2 weeks a month.
